New things on the horizon for Tracie Howe Photography

elopement and destination weddings Seattlepinimage

If you’ve visited my site before, you will have noticed that it looks totally different now. I’ve decided to rebrand, so I’m gradually making some big changes…

I’m updating to a sleeker, more modern website design. I am catering to a more targeted audience than before. The types of clients that I love working with: laid-back, down-to-earth, adventurous people, maybe even a little bit quirky. Fortunately for me, many of these types already find me. If it weren’t for them, I would never know who I really enjoy working with.

  •  I am focusing on destination weddings more this year. As many of you know, I am a little obsessed with traveling and in fact I run a travel blog on the side. I take every opportunity to travel, especially if I can combine a trip with my wedding or portrait work. This is the plan, so we’ll see how it goes! Please help me by sharing my site with friends and family getting married in another country or even another state. A referral means so much!
  • I am focusing on elopements and small weddings more, including destination elopements!
  • I am focusing on products and viewing sessions, as mentioned in this post.
  • I am concerned with quality vs. quantity, and a greater service for my clients. A lot of time and energy has gone into finding out what will be best for my clients. I have experimented and researched, and I think I’ve finally got it down. My number one goal is to make my clients happy!

If I could do it all at once and present a slick, perfectly polished and rebranded website, then I would. Unfortunately, I can’t make the website totally unavailable while I work on it, so you will have to make do with seeing some of the old mixed with the new. I’ve got a new logo, but the wind-blown tree is still present as a watermark on most of my images. I still have some pages and links to update as well. I won’t tell you all of the things that I have to do, but I just want you to be aware that changes are being made and that’s why it doesn’t look quite like I want it to just yet. I hope you like it so far though! 🙂 I’ll still be using my old logo on business cards for the time being as well… seriously, I have so much to do!

Anyhoo, please tell me if you notice something totally wrong on the new site, or if you see any other names or contact info. I don’t want you to miss out on something because I missed updating something important!

Thanks for your support in making my business a success! And thank you for your patience while I transition to this new phase! All the best to you and yours for 2015!
